- Solution-Focused Therapy: Encouraging a forward-thinking mindset to find.

- Narrative Therapy: Exploring and reshaping the stories we tell ourselves about our

   experiences

  and identities.

 

Additionally, I incorporate insights from leading relationship experts such as Harville Hendrix, John Gottman, and Esther Perel to support clients in fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
